Fort Dakota is the latest addition to a series that revisits childhood toys, reimagined as “decors left behind.” Stripped of human presence, these objects take on an alienating quality, evoking nostalgia intertwined with unease. Captured through a specialized macro lens, their absurd architecture is revealed, transforming familiar playthings into enigmatic relics.

Presented during the group show ‘a sense of place‘ curated by Emma van der Put & Oscar van der Put.
With site specific interventions by: Shatha Afify, Grace Ellen Barkey, Sid Dankers, Koen Kloosterhuis, Siebert Mispelon, Shervin/e Sheikh Rezaei, Adam Russell, Dries Segers and Bo Stokkermans.
